I'm a speed reader. I took a class a few years ago.



Started being able to read 275 words a minute.



Ended the class a month later reading 893 words a minute.



I don't read like that all the time, but I finished Retribution in under 12 hours, with interruptions.



Don't think I'm special. My 3rd grade teacher's boyfriend apparently read the first 3 Harry Potter books all in one day.

Wow - glad to see so many folks excited about Retribution.

Just thought I'd drop by on the OFFICIAL release day and say hi (and engage in some of my shameless self-promotion). Would have been here sooner but I was gearing up for Comic Con (and then recovering from Comic Con).

I know a few of you stopped by to see me during my signing - it's always nice to meet the fans. Hope you enjoy the advance copies of Retribuiton. (I don't even have MY copies yet. )

I also hope some of you will be able to make it to Celebration V in Orlando in a couple weeks. Even though it's a Star Wars event, bring your copies of Retribution (or Revelation, or Ascension) and I'll be happy to sign them.

Pah, that’s why we have expedited shipping; the only rushing I'll be doing is a Zerg one.

As good as, but no better than the previous books.

I read magazines and stuff... my neck always hurts from looking at a book and i always start thinking of other things I've read maybe 3 novels in my life......wait no one novel....

I liked the book though I think a certain individual (trying to avoid spoilers here) was a bit overpowered. Not only but you tellin me Aria doesn't have one sniper on her payroll? But I understand, that was the story and set up to build up to desired climax.



Now, question is how much of what happens in this book is gonna reflect in ME3?

I want to see Kahlee in ME3, and I think its possible and very likely, given the ending.
