Hey, after both Tali and Legion's loyalty quest, I sided with Legion cause the intimidate wasn't available (which was stupid cause I did have high enough renegade)

I talk to her and not even the intimdate option is availabe with her, do I have to have the bar at 100% percent cause it's like at 95% now.

Note: this is the first time that it's happened to me after like 5 playthroughs, also she survived the suicide mission regardless.

If this isn't a glitch, what assignments can I do to bring my renegade bar up full (main quest and overlord are done)

It is not your Paragon/Renegade levels (nor your internal chat experience either (yes it exists)) that is at fault. You cannot regain any loyalty or such things once the suicide mission is complete.

The Dialougue is still there, it's just greyed out. (it's basically the same as before thr Suicide mission)
