I am playing MassEffect 2 and find it brilliant.
I am now interested
in its downloadable contents.
Yet I do not have a credit card for
biopoints purchase but a friend of mine has got one.
Since there is a
identity check of personal information of one's account and credit card,
I wonder if a friend of mine, who has a bioware account and credit cards
for biopoints purchase and give me the points?

AFAIK you can't gift BioWare points but you could try having him enter his credit card info to your account, purchase the points for you, and then delete his credit card info from your account so you can't use his credit card without his permission afterwards. I think that the only check that it is done when you buy points is that your country is the same in your EA account, credit card info, and IP; otherwise parents wouldn't be able to buy DLC for their kids.

You can get a prepaid visa card, or load up a visa gift card that you can get at pretty much any super market, and use that to purchase the points.
