She comes to the Citadel because she's been attacked by the Geth/Saren's men.

She arrived on the Citadel several days before Shepard arrived at the Citadel.

Therefore she had evidence of Saren talking about the Eden Prime attack in the PAST tense before the attack had even happened.

ME 1 starts on a couple major plot holes. ME 2 starts on a major plot hole. These games suck, GOOD DAY YOU ALL FAIL.

How Shepard's body was found and recovered exactly? Not even ME comic gives details.

Agreed that this should have been 'fleshed' out more but the details of Liara and the Shadwo brokers involvement could set up for this info being revealed in the next game.

Agreed these should at least been hinted at moreso or in the very least Shepherd should have asked TIM about it even if he was given the brush off.

A few of your examples one might be able to call a plot hole though most of them just appear to be unanswered mysteries in the game.  Big difference.

WW2 was only slightly better written than WW1. WW1 starts out on a stupid major plot hole while WW2 is just shaky throughout.

The majority of those by Ecael were nitpicks, and most of them aren't even plot holes.  Not saying there isn't, but definitely not on the scale of ME2.
