They already are.
Not sure what that's suppose to mean. I logged into my bioware account today just to check which games I had registered, if you were judging it by the date.
If I try to use my EA account(this one) to log into the bioware one, I get this message:
There is no BioWare Community Account linked to the EA Account you used
to login. To login and link your BioWare Community Account to your EA
Account enter your BioWare Community Account Name and Password below.http://accounts.biow...login_oops.htmlEdit:
however....I went ahead and did what the second sentence said, logged in with my bio account and password(at the bioware site, not EA), and they do indeed appear to be linked now. I can log in with either now, and under prefs, EA Master Account, it does state that it is linked, when previously if I tried that it said nothing was associated.
To sum up linking, if you've somehow created both seperately like I did, do this:
1.
http://accounts.bioware.com/2. try to log in with EA account
3. get error msg that account is not linked
4. enter bioware acount info
5. accounts should now be linked
6. logout
7.
http://accounts.bioware.com/8. try logging in with either, no error msg should appear
Now, here's the real question....what's the purpose of all that? Just an alternate way to log in? Only on the bioware site does it show my registered games. I haven't registered ME2 or DA yet. I guess it's no big deal, I just liked seeing all that stuff.
