Excuse me?

Can someone help me please?

I have just reaced a small camp in the game with an npc called "Levi Dryden."
He is offering me a quest called "Soldiers Peak" (premuim content) but I just found out that I need to download some content to do the quest. There is a dialogue option saying "downloadble content," let me help.

So I log in to my account, and then it shows me a screen saying that I have insufficent points in my account.
My questions are -:

1) How do i know how many points I have in my account?

2) How many points are needed to be able to do that quest?

3) How do I add the points to my account please?

That's all I would liek to know really.

So.... can anyone out there, answer these questions for me please?
I would appreciate the help.

You can add points through your profile on this website.

I don't remember the cost for Wardens Keep.

There are great manuals on the DA: O website. On the right side are various PDF files containing all kind of instruction: http://dragonage.bioware.com/addon/

In the PC version, you can also add Points in-game on the sheets that are visible in the manual.

After purchasing the points, I just found that its 560 for the wardens keep.
But I am a little puzzled. How do you know that the "soldiers peak" quest is related to the wardens keep?
How do you find that out please?

Thank you for the url link. It was very helpful.
I am playing the game on PC, but I'm not sure how you add the points ingame.
I'm not sure which manual sheets you are referring to. I'm sorry.


Edit : Somehow, I just accidentally made a double post, and I don't know how it  happened.
I'm sorry. I know of no way to correct either.
This would be down to the people who built these forums and the whole website perhaps.

How can I buy the excact amount of BioWare points. I need 560 points but I have to buy 800 points. I'm playing MassEffect 2.

There is a "How to purchase" manual. Page 3. Both pictures show the Downloadable Content - Available Content tab. Now have a close look at the two buttons there. Right below the circled arrow next to your points balance. The right button says: Add Points. You are then re-directed out of the game (like tabbing out), to the same website that is also accessible through this website here (the link that Wotan suggested).
