So I have two questions
1. Is the Mass Effect 2 DLC still available in the ongoing Dr. Pepper promo
2. Will this DLC be available in the future?
I just started playing this series and got this game a few weeks ago. I had no idea that there was a promotion going on for exclusive DLC. I know that this isn't exactly technicall but it is regarding a question about ME2 DLC.
Will the Dr. Pepper DLC be available in the future?

The Dr. Pepper promo has been over for a long time. There's a way to still get it although it is a bit tedious. Just do a search on Destructoid and there should be an article about it.

Tried it and I get "We're sorry but the code you received from the 7-11
tear sheet is no longer valid. However you can still participate by
purchasing specially marked bottles. You can also check the official
rules and see how to obtain a free code."
