I didn't talk to any of the prisoners ... but wouldn't that make Lelianna ALOT older than the PC then? Didn't CE's mom die when the CE was very young, or am I misremembering?

No, I thought that too. Adaia talks about her child as if they're young when you speak to her... And it puzzled me, I always thought Lelianna was around the same age as the Warden, if not a little younger.. But this screws my mental timeline up!

No, I thought that too. Adaia talks about her child as if they're young when you speak to her... And it puzzled me, I always thought Lelianna was around the same age as the Warden, if not a little younger.. But this screws my mental timeline up!

And Leliana only stayed in the cloister (where she ran right after escaping Orlais) for two years. Not to mention that it would take more than just less-than-two-years of training for the CE to be Warden material.

I haven't played it yet (PS3 & live in the UK so it's tomorrow for me  ) but I thought Adaia trained her son/daughter how to fight from a young age. Leliana maybe just influenced the type of training or how much. As I've said though, I haven't played it yet so I don't know what your on about yet (in detail anyway).

I'm betting the part about the CE's mother was a bit of exaggeration on Leliana's part when she told the story - something to appeal to a CE player character.

Is that darkened face on Adaia an attempt to replicate dirt? Because I hope that my CE's mother wouldn't look like that on a normal day.

Okay, we really have no indication that anything of the sort happened in the CE origin and given how freaked out the CE is forced to get at the sight of a human in the Alienage I'm willing to bet this never happens.

Who says it is the CE's mother? Could just be a coincidence or Bioware just joking around to see if people catch the Easter egg. I wouldn't take it to serious it is a Bard's tale after all, and I'm sure she would rather us ponder the outcome or lessons learned from her tale, but gosh dang Adaiai is hideous.

I feared creating a permanent image of it would create a conduit for the beast spoken of in revelations, thus ending all that we loved and held dear in the world.
