So far I have always stayed calm. Done what I could. If there was nothing to be done, the acceptance comes and you just slip to the sweet oblivion.

I don't know... if you are good you'll have a nice income. But it requires a lot of studying... I am not a doc, so I really don't know. I'll go with "No", because you should do whatever pleases YOU.
