I purchased 800 points to purchase dlc but I made a mistake and now Im exactly 80 points short of what I need. I refuse to spend $5 more for 400 points when I only need 80 as I have no use for the remaining points. I dont have the option to purchase just 80 points so id like to request a refund of the remaining 480.

If my issue cannot be resolved here please post me a phone number, email address, and/or mailing address to send my request to. Yes $5 is worth making an issue over because it's more than that. Theres absolutely no other reason to use a point system with a pc version other than to nickel and dime people and rip them off. Thank you in advance.

Screw it. Nobody is going to issue me any refund and even if you did it would probably take 3 months to clear so whats the point?

Instead Ill just go complain to the wall and /headesk for 20 minutes until I feel better. Then I'll shell out another $5 knowing full well why the point system is there and then stare at my remaining 320 points until something new comes out for me to waste them on.

I think ive made progress with my ability to get money stolen from me and how I handle it now. thank you bioware, may i have another?

First of all, you posted this in the wrong forum. This forum is for the BioWare Online Store (http://biowarestore.com/) that sells merchandise.

What you're looking for is the EA Store Customer Support: http://help.eastore....?p_sid=6UuVpe4k

Secondly, you posted this and gave it all of 22 minutes before deciding it was too late. Perhaps a more reasonable amount of patience would have helped your request (despite it being made on the wrong site).

Don't worry Kilrogg. There always are people that come to a forum and don't have patience to wait for a reply that re-directs them to another forum where they can really be helped (sometimes) but that requires additional patience. Some people are just born without patience and play dumb when re-directed because actually - they don't want help. They only want to blow off some steam.

(I know two ways or three to blow off steam without hurting people that only want to help. And I am only a girl. A guy might know some more... Image IPB )

All I did was simply post a useless rant in the wrong forum by mistake. Who exactly did I hurt? I chose not to pursue my unintentional issue because after thinking it over it really wouldnt matter anyway (I'm pretty sure I went over this in the response to my original post). Regardless, I do so love the people that not only choose to reply to someone after they've went offline, but find stupid little annoying facts that have nothing to do with the original subject and decide to throw them in there for absolutely no reason. I also love the people that have nothing better to do than run around an online forum looking for posts that are in the wrong place just to create a smug response to the creater for a pat on the head by the mods. Congrats dude, you really helped the issue by telling me that it took me 22 minutes to come to a conlusion and then calling me impatient because you think thats the reason why I chose to not pursue my original intention which was to seek assistance.

Let me just put an end to this now. Would a mod kindly close this thread as I no longer wish for a response. Please dont forget to move it to the correct forum before closing it though or the people that wander the forums wont be able to continue to post and tell me that it's in the wrong place. I'll probably just get flooded with private messages at that point.

FWIW, I agree with you on the whole points system. Xbox is the same way, and I hate it. I never have the same amount that is required, and end up having to spend more than I need. I havent figured out a way to remedy this, because Im generally too lazy to put any effort into figuring out a way to minimize the necessity of buying more. I guess Im a dream customer for companies that issue points.

I guess you missed the part where I gave you the link to the place where you can seek assistance.
