Ok maybe you can help me then. I'm trying to kill the bann's guards to humilate him outside Arl Eamon's estate door, but nothings happening the quest signs there but if I click on him nothing happens and the guards ignore me, any advice???
Him and his guards should automatically attack you when you approach. If it doesn't work, go ahead and try doing the other parts first... Once all the guards attack you, so should his. Does that help?

I found one behind the first locked door. I found the second in the master bedroom. And, the third in the the armory. There are no other chest or anything beyond the armory. The chest in the room where the female noble is has no armor in it. By the time I walk out of the back door the only piece of armor --supposidly is in the Chantry. That is only five pieces --if I could even find that one. It isn't in my game. I can tell you that in all honesty. Something is a miss and it isn't me.

Have I done something to upset you all??? No-one seems to want to talk to me to help out. What have I done???
I don't know what to tell you.....it sounds like a glitch or a bug but I haven't seen anyone else mention this. I noticed you are playing on the PC but as usual all the PC reported problems are rarely about the same thing. One or two people can't download, that one dude can't find the armor pieces which if not his fault must be a bug and you can't get past the guy with the strange underwear(not a joke, it's a quest item he drops)......and all these are just what I saw here reported by PC gamers so I wouldn't dream about what else is going down in the PC support forums. It's the price you pay for gaming on the PC where no 2 gamers have the same hardware and software combination I guess.

I've found a glitch of sorts, repeatable, on the console version. In the last battle, if you Hold Position on your party then run over the bridge, the beastie appears as normal. Turn around, go back the way you came and fight it there, Freeing your party in the process. Next, Hold Position again and run over the bridge until you lure him towards you, then turn around and go back again. Then free up your party. At this point, the three of you can tackle him without the Mage joining in, but when you kill him, the Mage mysteriously vanishes.
Sounds like a lot of unnecessary pain.......the Mage isn't important if you can take her punishment which is signifficant but the moment that Majolaine's little puppet falls the eniding cutscene starts without you needing to finish off the Mage.....this seems intentional rather than a bug. The part about your party freezing sounds like an actual bug but a rather minor one as you can reload the autosave without losing any signifficant ammount of time.

Anybody know that how to wake up the guard who are sleeping near the door in the market district to get the achievement?

lol wut? Who told you the achievement had anything to do with waking him up? Your mission is to destroy his career not wake him up rofl.

Hi, I've confused you there. The party doesn't freeze, I just use Hold Position to keep them on that side of the bridge whilst I go forward, then unHold them (as it were) when the enemy is near. I rationalized it as the Mage escaping too, but mysteriously, since there's no way off that mesa except via the bridge I'm stood on.

You know the items you take from the three chests that you can plant back in the chests? Don't do it......instead once you have all 3 items plant them on the past out guard.
You know the strange underwear of the noble you need to humiliate that you can put on the chantry board.....don't do it....put them on the past out dude.
You know the guy knocking on the door that you need to kill? Plant his body next to the passt out dude.
You know that ring you find on the mage that fights you when you find the cache on the mages' collective? Plant it on the past out dude.
Once all those are done just call Majelaine and that's it.

Well you said it froze them in place.....by that I thought you meant something other than the hold command because that's you telling them to stay rather than them freezing up.
Aside from that perhaps the Mage is just better at climbing than you......this is hardly anything signifficant.

I didn't say anything at all about anyone being frozen into place - maybbe you mean someone else's post?

I didn't say anything at all about anyone being frozen into place - maybe you mean someone else's post? Also, I don't really have to pass some sort of test on your Singnificantometer in order to post, do I? Also, you only need 3 of the 4 items to finish the Career quest, not all 4 as you suggest.

That's your reading ability. It would make no sense in context if I said Freezing, but if you look, I say F-R-E-E-I-N-G.
