Back on May 11, I ordered one each of the desktop swords, a Grey Warden t-shirt and a lithograph. I recieved the items seven weeks later on Jun 29 for a total of seven weeks for a simple order.
Even after I contacted the Bioware Store (which seems to have nothing to do with Bioware specifically, but are instead 'Treehouse Brand Stores'; whoever that is) on Jun 5, it took them another 4 days to tell me 'I'm not sure why this happens, but your warehouse marked your order as Will Call. It should have shipped out two weeks ago. We'll get it out right away and we'll also through in a tee shirt of your choice for the delay' on Jun 9. According to the docs that the included with the shipment, it wasn't sent out until Jun 15.
The first shipment didn't recieve a tracking link, the second DID get a tracking link, however since the shipping method was listed as 'XPO Parcel Canada' it's not surprising the FedEx site that the link goes to didn't work.
I was also promised another shirt as compensation, which has yet to arrive but honestly considering the quality and fit of the other shirt, it's almost not worth it. The shirt quality is terrible; it's the sort of material that you'd find in a "3-pack for $6" shirt.
Treehouse Brand Store's website is mysteriously blank (http://treehousebrandstores.com/) and there is nothing about this company on the web. If this hadn't been Bioware-related, I would have never bought anything from the company with such a shoddy looking checkout system and generally poor online presence.
Very, very disappointing. I can't see ordering anything from the Bioware store again, but I guess the joke's on me since they got my $100 anyway.
Completely Disappointed with Bioware Store

The company wasnt based in Hong Kong was it? I swear those people deliver their products by horse and buggy (yes even through the ocean, horses can swim).
On a side note, I'd like to see this sword that sits on your desk top that you speak of. Sounds incredibly useless yet ...fun? I'd also like to mention that this thread DOES belong here! Grats op!

Treehouse is a third party company that runs the store for Bioware, the warehouse\\\\store is based in Denver i believe.
I've had the same problem with the tracking numbers, I've been sent one for each order and no matter where I try them they don't work so who knows.
I've had good experiences with the customer support but they are very slow some times at shipping, etc. thats nothing new.
You sure they didn't discount the shirt you bought from the order? If they didn't send another one with your order then I would assume their not sending one. All you can do is try contacting them again, create a ticket from the store or pm Biowarestore Jedi on the forums here.

I just got the Dragon Age red t-shirt and the quality of these are just horrible.

You can clearly see to terrible job that was done in silk screening the pattern on the shirt. Beyond that, the shirt is pretty much transparent and of the same construction as the other.

The N7 shirt had similar issues, but I melted and smoothed it out, hehe. On the other hand, I got the red N7 tee and it's pretty awesome, though the colors bled a bit in the wash the first couple times. Now my white towels are swirled.

ya this was a swing and a miss when it came to choosing those people to handle the store and prob why they haven't dropped them is because of a contract. I personally think they should of used Jinx for the clothing line.

I have to take side with Treehouse here. The women tees I own are close to perfect. I don't know how you wash your tees but mine did neither bleed out nor pill (get rough) - the first time it's either hand wash or wash separately only (edit: at 30 degrees Celcius). They are very smooth and people who touch the tees usually are envious. The hoody also still is great. My mom was a bit surprised that the stripe didn't crack. And she washes it often, because I wear it often - even in summer because I get cold very fast.
PS: And always wash it inside out - always!

Veteran has some valid points here. There was an warehouse error with his order that caused an unacceptable delay and if he didn't get the free shirt he was promised I'll make sure that taken care of. We are also working with XPO on the tracking number issue. The ship method as a whole is much better, but they take to long for the tracking number to go live. While I disagree with Veteran's feeling about the quality of the shirt itself based on the picture there clearly was and issue when printing over the seam. I've reach out via PM and we'll do our best to resolve this issue with Veteran.
With the exception of pre-sale items 98% of all orders we received are shipped within three days (excluding weekends), and while this doesn't help the 2% who have to wait its important to have some context to how the store runs.

I disagree, the store may have their problems. But they do damn well taking care of their fans and customer. I had a shipment that took a long time because it got sent back to the warehouse but I contacted Jedi and he was nice and courteous and fixed the problem ASAP. My times with the stores has been generally good.

I'm terrifically glad that everyone else seems to have wonderful experiences and even the Jedi states that 98% of the time it's fine, but it still sucks when you hit the 2%. Having everyone else telling about their own fabulous experiences actually only highlights how poorly my own situation was handled.
