As long as the off-season ebb in participation continues (it should be picking up in here soon), the archives and the Stickies are the best places to seek answers. Just ignore the on-site finder function and its weird preference for the really oldest, deadest of possible threads.

Weekends are always very slow, and that goes for midwinter as well as mid-summer.  So far, readership is still well off peak, and ramping up much more slowly than usual.  (Edit here.  That was early in November, when written, it's now past Black Friday, and none of the social forums is back up to last year's popularity at the same time of year.)

Kloreep went to a lot of trouble collecting the stickied FAQs. Why continue skipping past them?  Almost no one is interested in your two hundred and twenty fifth iteration of the same old thing that the Archives are full of, and you could have looked up in there. Hardly anyone has the patience to waste more time with your now so-boring forum messages. Sami Jo was very generous about such things, but she has a life, and is busy with it now.

Just a reminder, the Archives have not all evaporated, not just because most of the forum residents vacated the place. Use 'em, and Kloreeps FAQs, as well.

Whether it's brand new to you or not, ME-2 is no longer new, and almost anything that could have happened has done so, and in the case of the same old boring questions, particularly the ones about the DLC, new answers are now unlikely. The question will be far too boring to get our attention, and the archives have enough answers already.

All of the Social Site's forums lost most of the membership's attention about nine or ten months ago, and remain poorly attended, other than those for ME-3, which will be released in about a week, on March 6th, 2012, stateside.

There is almost no one to read and answer questions. But the archives have the answers, and Kloreep's FAQ sticky is right there waiting for you. If you are unable to research a problem, your questions are unlikely to get you answers, without the standard problem report information (see Pacifien's sticky in that regard).

There's been no change.  Readership remains practically non-existent.  There's no one here to answer questions any more.  Don't forget, this is a gamer to gamer self-help forum.  Official support is on the EA Help pages.

C'mon! Double blindfolds? This had only scrolled as far as page three and no one can find it there? The FAQ is stickied on top and no one sees it? What's the deal? You all ENJOY stumbling around in here running into the furniture?

Eleven months ago, almost everyone left here, with the good weather, as is typical for game forums.  They always slow way down each spring.  However, last fall, only the ME-3 forums built back up.  There was hardly anyone who returned here, and if you want the few to try to answer, you must follow SOP, as per the "Read First" guide.

There still is almost no one visiting this forum with much of any experience playing the game. EA Help is still the official support, and Kloreep's FAQ on top still covers 90% of all the problems, if you pay attention to it.

The good weather has arrived, the few visitors here with gaming experience in this game are now elsewhere. The Archives and FAQ are where the available resources are now, along with EA's Help Pages.
