I'm trying to decrease the total scale of a vfx, so that the vfx itself is smaller and more concentrated. This is for a typical fire vfx. I've figured out how to make the individual "leaves"/rows/columns smaller, but not the area the vfx is affecting. Instead of getting a more concentrated vfx, I get smaller fire leaves using the same space (with slightly more space in-between). This is a fire effect with no impact, duration and cessation time.
Decrease the vfx scale?

Sounds like your VFX is volume spawning; check the volume spawn in the "other" tab. reduce the dimensions of the volume.

I tried that earlier, but it won't get any smaller. It will, however, get bigger if I increase the scale. Here's the settings I've set for it right now: http://img341.images.../settingsss.gif
Edit: seems like I had something in the timeline after all, sorry about this.
