I bought the item, paid for it. I downloaded it and installed it with the dragon age updater and get this message everytime

I have the same problem. On the DLC screen, it indicates that the module is unauthorised. I then logged on my account, which is the same one that paid for the DLC, and it still doesn't work.

Same problem here. Leliana's Song still shows up in available downloads altough it has already downloaded and installed. Won't load when I try to change campaigns. Shows as being unauthorized.

I am having the same problem. How do I get to my purchansed downloads on this site I ca't figure it out.

I used the Live Chat at Customer Support and was told to reinstall the game, Sheesh. Isn't that always what they want us to do? Reinstall everything?

wait so we are sapposed to uninstall both Origins and Awakaning and reinstall them just to get their dumb broken download to work?

uninstall the dlc and download it agian but from this site not from in game cuz u will need to pay agian

Well, according to the CS, yeah. I told her I wasn't going to do it. She gave me some instructions before that and when they didn't work, she went the "reinstall everything" route. Typical.

How do you uninstall the DLC?

well if u have DAO Mod Manager u can just right click it and then click Uninstall

Ok since I am dumb I uninstalled it with DOA mod Manager. Then I downloaded it from this site and copy passed the files into my documents. Now it dose not show up in my downloaded content but if I click on buy it says I already own in. lol what do I do now?

anyways to download from here if u already payed for its under Profile>Your Registered Game Promotions. It will bring up a list of DLC thats available to u cuz u already payed for it or cuz its free

no dont put it in ur documents open ur DAO mod manager folder>mods>dazip folder put all 3 files of the new dlc it then run DAO mod manager and u can see the files in the bottom half simply right click them and install them all 3 one by one then run the game

Ok I'm confused. When I download it from the site I get a .zip file that has a Contents Folder and a file called Manifest. What three files are you talking about?

I having the same problem. For the DLC, it should be a dazip file and the contents should be in C:\\Documents and Settings\\username\\My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\AddIns, but I do not know what to do with Manifest unless it is merge with C:\\Documents and Settings\\username\\My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\Settings\\AddIns.xml file

it tells u right there when u click More Info to download file that if ur browser trys to change it to zip file to make sure u change back to dazip file before downloading it
