To access your content on the PC, please ensure you log in with the same account you used while redeeming this code on the social website. Once you have done this, your content will automatically start downloading the next time you log in with this account in-game.

If the content does not start downloading automatically in the game, please follow these steps:

1. Right click on the link below and select "Save Target As", or the equivalent in your browser. Save the .dazip file to your computer. If your browser tries to rename it to a .zip file, rename it back to .dazip after download.

2. Find the daupdater.exe application. It is usually located under \\bin_ship in your Dragon Age folder (for example C:\\Program Files\\Dragon Age\\bin_ship\\daupdater.exe). Double click on it to open it.

3. Click on "Select DAZIPs". Navigate to where you have saved the .dazip file and open it.

4. Now the .dazip file will appear on the Install tab. Select it on the list and click "Install Selected."

I used a mod manager to uninstall all three files and when I restarted the game and logged in, it automatically downloaded the main file but not the two smaller ones, which isn't a problem. But I think it automatically downloaded that file because, as per that CS' instructions, I did, among other things, cleared the download cache.

Once that file was downloaded, it was no longer "unauthorised".

Meh,same problem here.Got the dlc on my account (profile ->your registered game promotions),but whenever I go to the dlc section ingame It has (Unauthorized) tagged next to the 3 lelianas song dlc even though Ive made sure im logged on the account that I bought them with and have them in the profile with.

Is there something I need to do in order to authorize them other than to log on the account I bought them with or am I missing something else :innocent:?

edit:I tryed the above, deleted the 3 dlcs with mod manager, but cant get it to start the dl on its own when I log ingame even after clearing the dowload cache (atleast I think I cleared it,pressed the clear download cache button in the launcher configurations, but not sure if it actually did anything as there was no message or anything <-<).

How do I find out if I have mod manager? How do I delete? I already cleared cache and downloaded from web and it did not work. It seems EA only gave me half the instructions.

I couldn't rename the files---it kept making them .zip. I tried both in the 'rename' command and from within winzip to rename them. I have NEVER had a problem with previous downloadable content :(

ok I ended up redownloading the file using Firefox rather than Google Chrome and it seems to be installing just fine now (opened up Installer by itself, etc.).

I've been finding Google Chrome to be pretty buggy lately, which is disappointing as I switched to it from Firefox several months ago because Firefox kept crashing....

Raiynsong,

I am glad it worked for you, but I have no idea what you just said. I know very little about computers and looking for someone who can help me using layman terms.

this worked for me:

1.download the DLC through the site (profile->registered game promos)

2.use dao mod manager(google it to dl it) to remove any previous installation of the DLC/bonus items

3. go to the DAO launcer then go to configure then repair and there press "clear download cache"

4. install the dazip file u downloaded form the site via the DAO upater ( dao updater is in the "bin_ship" folder in the dao main folder) im using the steam version so it might be in a diffrent folder in other verisons.

now it should work
