Hello,

when I installed the game a couple of days ago for PC, it asked me to login to my EA account, which I did. Subsequently I was asked to redeem my cerberus network code, which I also did.

When I start up the game, I get logged in to the cerberus network with that computer on the right, however, all the free DLC promised to me isn't available in the game. And I don't know where to get it.

As a note, I've installed my game, then reinstalled for some reason. Could have been that I redeemed and then reinstalled. Would that mean I lost my right to the DLC?

Or is there any way to still get the DLC without having to contact EA customer support? I am having a really really bad experience dealing with them right now, because I've been waiting for half a year now for them to fix my sims 3 client (they made my serial code invalid or something because I reinstalled on the very same computer because the game wouldn't update, sent a a number of polite emails to them now more than half a year ago, got a reply saying wait for us to fix it; still waiting for them to fix my problem)

Sorry about babling about that, anyway help would be appreciated.

You do know, that you have to download the DLC provided by the Cerberus network?
