Leliana is invisible in the opening cutscene and when the game starts she's bald. What's up?

I tried reinstalling by manually downloading and installing the dazip but it didn't help.

I might have installed some community content before but I couldn't figure out how to uninstall those, in case there could be some conflicting issues there.

I have the exact same problem. I tried uninstalling all of my mods and redownloading the DLC, but it didn't work. I also had some community mods, so I'm not sure if those overwrote something important.

i deleted my AddIns and override folder

manually installed the dlc afterwards

problem still persists

Same problem here, I got rid of all the override stuff, to no avail. If anyone know a solution please help.

Not exactly the same problem here, but I can't click on the chests in Denerim, so I'm stuck there... reinstalled several times, removed overrides, mods, etc,.. still the same...

When I hover the mouse over the chest, I get an arrow and a dialogue box saying "Right click Area Transition", and when I click there nothing's happening. Any ideas?

I didn't have that issue, but I did see bugs, particularly towards the end.

The dialogue and cutscene when you kill, um, boss 1 (not sure about spoilers) replays itself once it's over, as does the one right after when you confront boss 2, and the cutscene at the end. It just went through each of them twice before going on normally, and didn't make it unplayable. Just... odd.

I'm pretty sure another dialogue repeated itself, but I can't recall exactly where now



My game is the steam version, XP sp3, 2GB ram, video: geforce 8600, processor: hamster on wheel. Not sure if it matters.

I fixed my issue. I uninstalled the content with mod manager, restarted the game and allowed it to DL itself automatically again. Works now. Just got done with first area, but I have to go out to eat

Sounds like you have to install it without the mods

So reinstalling without mods is pointless.

It's a very annoying bug, don't know if i can play this DLC without getting rid of it.

I've just uninstalled some of my mods and managed to get Leliana's Song working properly - or at least she isn't bald anymore! The ones I uninstalled were the Kalsharok campaign, and two unauthorised DLC: the feral wolf charm and the guildmaster's belt. I also removed an empty "test" campaign that was left from when I'd looked in the toolset, but since there was nothing in that I don't know if that affected it at all!



Anyway, hope that of some help to others with the problem...

Stealing is bugged in exactly the same way as in Awakening, it works as long as you only steal money, once you would have stolen an item you no longer get anything. Also the achievements don't seem to upload for some reason, though it might just be the online storage is broken again. Do you guys actually playtest this **** before releasing? And how about a patch to finally fix the million issues still remaining in the game?

Removing Kalsharok fixed the issue for me.  Thanks!

I have no DLC/expansions installed except for the official ones (Ostagar, Awakening, Edge...).



How can i unistall them without reinstalling the whole game?

Everything I've read indicates the most recent patch being the culprit. I just downloaded Leilana's song thinking that 1.03 was not needed. Guess I won't be playing it until bioware fixes or makes a new patch.

the last 3 cutscenes (commander's death, marjolaine and at the church) loop with no end. only one dialogue option (always last one down the row) exists this loop.

I am hitting a bug where Bann Perrin does not attack after you kill all the guards in the first market district. I can not figure out what it is. I have tried disabling all my addons and overides and still does not work. Only other thing i can think of is trying a complete reinstall.

Ok, the work around works for me as well. I used ModManager to disable all other mods, then uninstalled the Leliana DLC. I tried to get the Origins itself to re-download but it wouldn't so I had to go to this site and download it as a DAZIP and install it using ModManager (or daupdate.exe) if you don't use ModManager. After it installed, everything at the start anyway worked. Leliana was VISIBLE in the intro scenes and had hair at the beginning of the game. I haven't played past that yet, so I can only vouch for what I know so far. Leliana is my, as many others, FAVORITE character so I am glad to see more content with her.I DO hope that they fix the issues, and especially hope Leliana will be in Dragon Age II which was just announced.

As far as the repeating cutscenes, make the same choices during the repeat, then after it starts to repeat again just hit escape and it will skip to the next or end depending on where you are.
