 I bought the Steam version of Mass Effect for my PC, and it worked great and I ran into no trouble. I beat the game in it's entirety so I tried to download the BdtS DLC and it installed no problem. But now whenever I try to start up Mass Effect it says "General Protection fault!
History: GMatrix2D::Swap() Address = 0x111b752d (filename not found)

My computer has a Pentium D Dual core processor with 3.4GHz and 2 Gigs of RAM
My video card is an NVIDIA 9400 GT (1 gig of RAM), and the main driver is nv4_disp.dll version 6.14.0011.9621
My sound adapter is a Realtek HD Audio Read Output with a driver RtkHDAud.sys version 5.10.0000.5789
My operating system is Microsoft XP Professional 5.1 Build 2600
And my Direct X version is 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)
