do you see your DLC in the list of Game promotions ?

I ask because I bought it twice nad I DO NOT have tham at all.

Typical, just freakin typical.Delete everything, its always the answer.

Its in installed content but says unauthorised.It is also in the available content tab in game.

well idk how to fix your problem but is this expansion for the xbox 360?? i remember seeing this but never saw it in the downloabable content area and i know i shouldent ask questions on some one elses post but dose anyone know how to put your dragon age character in as your profile picture instead of duncan <<

Same here, but it's also unauthorized pretty much all my other stuff too. This is really pissing me off, because this just happens randomly every few months or so for no apparent reason. I really wish BioWare would fix these constant errors.

You guys aren't the only ones with this problem; I've tried installing and deleting and reinstalling in several different ways, but I get the same exact error.



To take it one step further, I will log out and back into my profile, and the 'unauthorized' tag will go away, until i try to load the game, where I get the "unable to load module" error, and the 'unauthorized' tag will show back up again

I had the same issue last night, and finally managed to fix it by uninstalling and then reinstalling DAUpdater using the command prompt. Instructions on how to accomplish this can be found at 3.2.4 in this thread: http://social.biowar.../58/index/81613. Apparently the DAUpdater had malfunctioned some time ago and I just hadn't noticed, but once I reinstalled it, all my "unauthorised" DLC (including the new Leliana DLC) started working normally again.

Yeah, I remember having to do this last time, only for it not to do a thing, but then randomly have stuff going again a week later.

The point is I don't want to have to do this again and again and again every single time I get a new DLC. This is a stupid problem to have.

I completely agree. However, for me personally, the most important thing was to get things working again, and that's how I got it fixed. I hope you find a solution as well.

I'm sick of this... I don't think I'll be buying any more Dragon Age DLC until this mess is sorted out properly.

I agree i had to reinstall all to make it work and now wardens keep and return to ostagar dosent work but lelianas song work...

No more buying dlc's for me untill they fix this mess.

I just can't get Leliana's Song or the other two DLCs linked to it to authorise no matter what I do. The best I can do is log out and be able to use everything EXCEPT these three.

I also don't have an image assosciated with mine, like the Leliana face in the picture there... just grey boxes instead, though the text is all there.

this worked for me:







1.download the DLC through the site (profile->registered game promos)



2.use dao mod manager(google it to dl it) to remove any previous installation of the DLC/bonus items



3. go to the DAO launcer then go to configure then repair and there press "clear download cache"



4. install the dazip file u downloaded form the site via the DAO upater ( dao updater is in the "bin_ship" folder in the dao main folder) im using the steam version so it might be in a diffrent folder in other verisons.

I never had any problem with any DA stuff (save the ancient boots bug) and now this. bah.

Well, come to think about it, I did occasionally have a similar problem, but logging in again always solved the problem. Not this time.

Before doing that, with LS installed and unauthorized, I wasn't even able to load saves from any of my characters, not only Leliana's. It kept telling me that the owner of that premium content needs to be logged in and that after it downloaded it and installed it from the same account.

Well, that made my other characters work again, but no such luck with Leliana herself. Your last sentence confuses me... I guess you mean that after the fix you re-downloaded Leliana's Song? 'Cause that's what I'm about to try now.

And it did not work. Now it's not even ever listed as authorized before trying to start the campaign, which it usually was until now.



Of course I re-installed LS via DAupdater on top of my original in-game installation because I have no idea how to uninstall it. I'm pretty sure I used to know once, but I can't find anything within or without the game proper.



I'm settling on being pissed for the time being.

Okay, it worked for me. But it still says "unable to start module" each time. I thought perhaps my downloaded files were faulty because they don't show an image with them and only show a grey square (i.e. that image of Leliana's face in the top screenshot) but I redownloaded them and reinstalled them and they still don't work.

Unautorized content with leliana song i had to pay for it some $$$$ and no official solution neither patch to fix this im surfing around the problem and all i can find are "possible" solutions to make it run.. probably if you delete it or if you reintall it or if you reinstall the game and throw your 70 hours played.... im bored to go around trying to play my purchased contetn. Could any admin please tell a fair solution without 9.9.9.9 ideas on how to make a downloable and payable content run??
