Hi, I payed for 1600 BioWare points through the dragonage store. Payment has
been debited from my credit account yet I haven't received the goods. This was done about 16 hours ago. My paypal account says that the transaction is 'complete' as does the points.bioware.com Purchase history. After that I purchased an extra 400 points that went through fine. The 400 points purchase sent a confirmation of purchase to my email address, the 1600 points did not - Could this have something to do with it?
