Not sure where to go about this, but....

I sent an e-mail, and I figure, posting on the board would probably be better.  I have multiple accounts, as it seems, and I used my code from the collectors edition, but can't use my items with the account login that I actually use!  So, is it possible to merge my old account(s) with this one that I currently use?

Should I phone a representative?
Is the end of the world coming!?

I apparently have 2 accounts as well, both with DLC credited to them. So am in same boat. except 90% is on the one account game will not log into do to both have same email addy etc.

you have to call EA support and ask them to merge the accounts. When they do this, some time data tied to the old account gets locked and is not accesible under the newly merged account. EA says this takes 24-48 hours to fix as someone as to go in and manually sync the accounts. If you open a ticket, they will fix it.

Ahh, ok. yeah, i've contacted EA about it, but since last week when they returned a reply, i havn't goten one back since the last week.



Guess I'll just have to call them, haha. Thanks mates.
