I'm finally close to completing an Awakening playthrough. Last night I got three achievements: Heavy Hitter, Savior of Kal'Hirol, Pride Before the Fall, and The Enduring Vigil. Heavy Hitter looks fine, but the other three just show the icon and no text. In addition, Blind Vengeance, which previously showed the full text, now only shows the icon. I haven't made any changes or installed any new mods in the past week, which is the last time everything appeared correctly. 

Not a huge deal; I'm just wondering what's going on.

I have the same issue, its annoying but indeed not a huge deal.
