I finished the game but when the menu came on, I don't see [New Game+] options. All I see is [Resume] [Start New Career] and etc.

First I suspect that it is because I skipped the credits so I watched the whole thing. Yet it is still not there. Am I doing something wrong?  (Or do I have to update the game?)
