Hi ,
I have BIG issue with my BW points, I have bought accidentally twice DLC because on the first run I it was not visible on my game promotions. 

First I have bought Liliana Song directly from the game when I realize that I have not got my DLC I decided to buy it via your web.

But still no Liliana Song available. later I have fount that it is invisible when I have forum set to the Czech language. when I switch back to English one the DLC is there.

I would like to ask it is possible to return me 560 Bw points as there is no reason for buying DLC twice right ?
