Well, today I've completed Leliana's Song DLC and soon after that discovered that there is limit to number of characters. So you have to delete one if you want to start a new game.
On PS3. Where you have many gigabytes of HDD space. Limited save slots AND copy protected saves. Are you ****ting me? Come on, this is ridiculous! Since you're making a big patch now, remove either save game copy protection or character limit. Are you serious? I mean, you want people to delete characters they invested dozens of hours in? Just give us a way to have as many saves and characters as we want (as long as there is disk space for that).
Why there is a limit to number of characters? Remove it!

I'd have to agree with this. And to make things worse, for whatever reason the DLC save files don't appear under the 'Saved Data Utility' so the only files up for deletion would be my own Wardens, which is quite maddening.

I agree as well! I think the limit for characters is 7 but don't quote me

Limit is 1 character per origin +1 character per DLC.

There is no origin limit. I had more than one city elf at one point. And really, how many characters could you possibly need? Just finish out a game, delete it, then play Leliana's Song.

What if you want to take every character to Awakening? Also, if you beat Awakening, there might be one more expansion pack released so...
There is actually an Origin limit of like 10 characters or so.
BioWare needs to take out that crappy feature.

I bought Awakening on disc so I have no problem importing my characters. They get their own fresh save slots on the Awakening disc.
However, if you need to play RIGHT NOW and cannot wait until you can delete one of your characters then you need to learn a little patience. How many games do you need to play at once anyway?

As many as you can, its not anyone's place to tell someone to only play a certain amount of characters... I don't think this system benefits anyone in the slightest. I myself only have one or two characters at a time, but I can see why someone else would be angry at the issue. Maybe you need to learn a little empathy.

Good god. It's a video game. Stop acting like it's more than that. Thank-you.
