I own over a thousand games, I hold no allegience to a developer.  In fact I would say that my favorite developer is Valve adn I do not own DOD: Source and I did not pick up HL2 until 2006.

Feburary 2011 is gonna be big for DA and ME



I'm still betting on that Shattered Steel will have its long awaited sequel in 2011 and those sources are wrong and so is the pamphlet in Awakening, that will just be an unlock for an Arch Demon Mech

I make a new prediction. EA is bought by Zenimax for having financial problems and Interplay purchases Bioware and puts them to work on the next Descent game, and possibly a Freespace game.

Not really, as Awakening seems to have little to nothing to do with what happened in DA:O

Really the only thing it takes into account is two canon events, Howe's death and the fall of the Archdemon.  Other than that it is pretty stand alone.  Granted if I used my main character in it then yes I suppose that would be the case.  I would actually rather hope that DA 2 has as little to do with DA:O as Awakening did if Bioware are not concerned about continuity.

That damn US thing still pisses me off though now that I think about it.  The DR is totally a get out of jail free card, the complete opposite of the Virmire scene in ME 1.

Oh you didn't like one of your teamates dying?  Sorry, we'll make upfor that <_<

To avoid taking some heavy risks and bringing more spoilers into a non-spoiler section of a different game, the way the US ending was handled in Awakening (not at all) is in my eyes a clear indication that it was retconned in favor of the now most likely canon DR ending.
