bleh i was super hyped for DAO but it just kind of fizzled when i played it. I thought they did a great job on the mage class but fighter and rogue were not unique or defined enough. They felt really almost the same. Yes i know you could specialize but i'm talking the base class parts. I got about half way through the game and then had nothing compelling me to finish it. ME2 on the other hand, man that was one of the best bioware games i have ever played. My top five bio games are BG1, ME2, KOTOR, BG2, ME1

In several places across the interwebs, TOR is being ruled out.. however, they DID announce SW:TOR to be released in spring 2011 - March counts as spring, no?

Eh, wth... it can be 3 things, so why not announce all three things?



They'll be releasing ME2's expansion pack or ME3 - there's many references in-game about 'in a year' just like there were in ME1 that said 'in 2 years' - et voila: ME2 was released 2 years after ME1.

Also, they will be releasing Dragon Age 2, just because so many fans are convinced about that.

On top of that SW:TOR gets its release date for that exact same count down, just because it's already confirmed for spring 2011.

And as icing on the cake, they're announcing a completely new IP, to have its first installment on the release date of countdown.

27% is a considerable amount. It means it's a 1 out of 4 chance that it isin't DA2.

I'd blame the main storyline for the most part. It was far too simple and it made you feel like you were just playing errand boy the entire time. The fact that your main enemy was nothing more than a horde of cookie-cutter darkspawn led by a rather unintimidating dragon (sepecially since it just looked like another high dragon with a fancier look) didn't help.

The lore is great, though, and poses some very interesting questions that just beg to be delved further into.
