An unfortunate situation has arisen regarding my Bioware SN account and another, Malleovic, owned by a friend of mine who often uses the same computer. Here is the problem as it unfolded:
-The steam account "Malleovic" purchased ME2 and DA:O, getting certain promo codes for purchasing the games (three total, two for ME2 and one for DA:O).
-The Bioware SN account "Rockopete" (me) mistakenly entered the first two of aforementioned promotional codes (specifically the ones associated with ME2) onto this website (http://social.biowar...redeem_code.php) in order to gain access to the DLC, associating those codes and the game itself with account "Rockopete". I (Rockopete) have since purchased a number of other DLC packs via this website, but those are not the focus here.
-Malleovic has since opened an account on Bioware SN and used the THIRD and final promotional code (the one from DA:O) on this website, associating that particular game and the Blood Armor pack for both games with the "Malleovic" Bioware SN account. This has rendered the DLC unusable.
We (Rockopete and Malleovic) would like to dissociate the original two promotional codes gained from the original steam purchase of the games from the "Rockopete" account and reapplied towards the "Malleovic" account, or at least freed up so that the "Malleovic" account can manually reapply the promotional code to his account. We see this as simply fixing the original mistake (that the codes were applied towards the Rockopete account) and associating the codes and the DLC that comes with them with the original account that actually bought the game.
I have asked Malleovic to post in this thread to confirm the situation.
We can provide any information necessary to fix this, we really would like to put the situation right. If there is anyone here who can help, we would appreciate that. If not, we would very much like to be pointed in the right direction.
