Also I hope that it means that TOR is going to be a launch title for the 3DS

It really does sound like a "reward" of some sort for being a bioware fan, maybe for owning a game or two which brings me back to teh theory of this having something to do with our Bioware social accounts.   If it's a game announcement, then maybe it's a freebie or a free beta key for "something".

How does a simple patch of one game affect ALL "BioWare Fans"?  We don't all own Dragon Age.
