How should ME3 start

Good ending: You raise 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 credits and bring back Shepard as a super cyborg who destoys the reaper armada in one hour, afterwards he kills Shepard 2 and takes over the galaxy.
Bad ending:You raised 10 bucks and Shepard is brought back as a half rotting zombie muttering "kill me, kill me" over and over again (Liara isnt happy and kills Shepard2).

Tali'Zorah vas Normandy -> Leaves to join admiralty board. If romanced, Shepard can choose wether or not she leaves, this can make her a companion from the get go. (possible Companion)
You contradicted yourself, if Tali'Zorah is exiled (vas Normandy) she's basically garrunteed to return.

Shepard's sitting on a rocky beach with his legs calf-deep in gently
lapping azure water. His LI calls out to him and he turns his head
and smiles - maybe waves at her - but something is off. The picturesque
backdrop behind the LI is crumbling and rotting away, but (he/she)
seems completely oblivious to the fact. Shepard calls out to the LI
to warn them, then stands and starts walking - then running towards -
the LI, but (as you might guess) Shepard doesn't make it in time to
save the LI. The world around (him/her) crumbles away into nothing
and - at the last instant, plummeting into the void - Shepard comes-to
on the bridge of the Normandy where things are not going well at all.
There's hull-breaches and fires, Joker's battered - EDI's on the
fritz - and the LI Shepard was just day-dreaming of is long-dead,
during the early stage of the Reaper invasion.
The fleet Shepard has assembled is getting pummeled - he orders
a withdrawal - and then - at the crucial moment, a staticky message
comes through having to do with that dark energy jazz... The
defending fleet can stage a fighting retreat, but it's only delaying
the inevitable; not unless Shepard can figure out how to lure the
Reapers into a dark energy trap and stave off annihilation...
...
Or - alternately - your hamster turns out to be a blood-relative
of Boo, grows to natural miniature-giant-space-hamster size
and swallows the Reapers whole
I'm all for space-hamsters saving the day

Shepard tries to convince the council (human or alien) into believing the reapers are coming. After an argument, they imprison Shepard. Go 3 months into the future. Shepard is in the cell, and an explosion rocks the facility. Two teammates from the previous game (By default, If you saved everyone, then it would be Garrus and Tali if both are loyal. either way, two squad members live in ME2, so if you made an "nearly everyone dies" play through, the two survivors help you.) Anyway, they hand Shepard a pistol, and a helmet, covering up Shepard face (It hasn't been shown so far). and they escape from the citadel by an action packed 15 minute tutorial level which teaches squad mechanics and all the while the two bring Shepard up to speed on the events of the world. After the awesome escape, the crew recommends facial reconstruction, which you can deny (No-ones dumb enough to try and stop me anyway) or accept, which is the required if you do not import from ME1. You get a new Shepard face (or the old one), so you can continue to play a import or an completely new game.

Mass Effect 3 needs to start off with a bang like Mass Effect 2 did. I know that the opening of the second game is certainly what hooked some of my previously Mass Effect disliking friends into the game.
They don't need to do something spectacular. That is, they don't need to wow me with shock value and throw a hurtling plot development at me the likes of ME2 where there's an explosion and I die and my videogaming mind is blown.
I am invested in the conclusion of this series. They don't need a gimmick to keep me on the edge of my seat.
You don't but a lot of people will if they aren't playing through the series like we are.
Personally I want them to open with something different than the first 2. ME1 opened cool, Shep was pushing though to the front of Normandy, he had the air of a guy who was confident and would get crap done. Made for a good character intro and to set the pace. ME2 was good because it had a wow effect that was a change for those who played ME1 and was captivating to give new players that "hell yeah" effect. I think ME3 should open up in the middle of a mission. Like right smack in the middle. Opening with fighting all around you. They can come up with the story. But it should be a grueling gun fight. It would be great for the sense that ME3 should have. A gun fight which you do survive (no more ME2 dying) but not without great difficulty (story wise, obviously the first fight of a game isn't going to be killer difficulty, but cut scenes and such should show a sense of great duress). It would fit to set the theme. We will be presumably staring down the full force of the Reaper armada in ME3. I think throwing the game right into battle from the onset could set that theme.

Illusive Mans office, He sits smoking in silence, then suddenly Shepards face replaces the sun behind him
Shep: I warned you ... don't F*** with the Shepard...
Cut to exterior as TIM's sun goes supernova with the SR2 racing away
Voice Over (doomsday voice by James Earl Jones): "Now you are all alone and the Reapers are coming"

Definitely one of the better concepts here. It's a good way to work in the facial reconstruction and get some of your squad back.
