Was just reading through some of the codex when i reached the Turians:Government section in the secondary entries, at the end it reads:

"If rehabilitation fails, turians have no qualms about sentencing dangerous individuals to life at hard labor for the state. cern, and try to convince the officers to change. If rehabilitation fails, turians have no qualms about sentencing dangerous individuals to life at hard labor for the state."

After the first sentence it obviously is repeating itself, and it gave me a good laugh after i tried looking up the word cern haha. Anyways just thought I'd try to help out there, even if it's not a big issue haha.
