[Hobbit Child]

The e-mail address I use to play Dragon Age (which I am currently logged on) has all of my DLC content. However, when purchasing Bioware points from the Dragon Age website, I logged in with my primary e-mail address (which I used to play Spore and earlier games) and bought points. Now I'm stuck with 560 points that I can't use to add Leliana's Song to the rest of my currently-owned DLC. Is it possible for me to transfer the points from my primary e-mail to the one I use for Dragon Age? If not, would I be able to refund the points so I can then purchase points on the correct e-mail address? I certainly don't want to feel like I've thrown $7 down the drain just because I logged in with the wrong e-mail address.
