Do yo think romance dialogs in ME2 are weaker that ME1?

I think they were both weak. There's hardly any mention of the romance outside the Normandy within the same game (except during the suicide mission, if Thane or Jack die as Second Fire Team Leader).
I'm curious, what do they say?
Tough to say. In ME1 I "accidentally" romanced Ashley just by talking to her. As far as my dialogue options went, I didn't interpret our relationship as anything more than being "just friends," but apparently there was no way for me to end it when I realized that the game considered us a pair.
On the other hand, I felt that the conversations with her had more depth than the ones I had with Miranda (or any of the other ME2 love interests), though this may be a result of me having played through ME1 only once and ME2 at least 5-6 times so far (ME1 is fun but incredibly buggy on my PC so it's somewhat of an endurance test). In any case, I liked that things were clearer in Mass Effect 2, though they might have sacrificed depth.

In buildup and in some cases execution? Yes.
Still love it though, whether you like Tali or not... I find her romance amongst the sweetest and touching of all the romances. Rivaled only by Jack.

However, I must say I prefer the ME2 style of doing things, where you have to do their loyalty mission, and thus bond with them personally, before the romance starts.
Whereas Liara was all, "I think there's something between us, I like you" like the second you get her back on the Normandy. You don't even know her yet.

+1, Nightwriter. Liara has an awful romance because it's just "Thanks for rescuing me Shepard, please love me now."
Lol, well, I think we're meant to believe Liara's affections for you built when she looked you up and read about you.
... Which means her whole romantic interest develops off-screen.
And I DO NOT LIKE that kind of thing. Romantic interest is one thing that I think needs to happen on screen, always.

ME should learn from DA:O, this game and romances in it are fantastic!

Generally, I agree.
However, I do like the ME style of doing things in that the romance pacing runs parallel to the pacing of the game.
In DA:O, you could burn through all the romance content before the game was even a quarter of the way through.
You could try harder to pace it out, sure, but it doesn't give you the same sense of journey.

Yeah, the only thing I didn't like about DA:O romance is that we can rush it so easily. The Devs should fix it in DA:O 2.

Not only is alot of the writing sub-standard ( inexcusable considering how solid the writing is for the rest of the game ) but alot of the romances in ME2 hapen to fast.
The thing that frustrates me the most is that alot characters won't talk to you unless you romance them. I genuinely wanted to get to know my crew. I genuinely wanted to help Jack ( even though I am not attracted to her ). Someone at Bioware dropped the ball big time, it's like they thought that no one was interested in charcter development, that the only reason why anyone would bother speaking to the rest of the crew was to get a meaningless ( and very tame ) sex scene.
In ME1 I had to work hard to get Ashely to open up to men, I seriouly courted her and that in return made me feel that my relationship with her truly meant somthing, that it wasn't just a 1 night stand, that she could have become Mrs Shepard somewhere down the line ( then she became a b***h in ME2 ).

This. I liked Garrus soo much and I was really happy when I had him back in the crew, I laughed real laugh to his jokes, and then.... "Can it wait for a bit? I'm in the middle of some callibrations" was ALL I could get from him. I heared it so many times! AAARGH! >.<
I really liked the conversations with Ashley in ME1, they were really well-written and I valued her even though I never had the intention of romancing her (I picked Liara even before the game came out). She felt so real with all the poem and beliefs talk...
In ME2, romances make it feel like love is all about sex, and sex ONLY. Guh. I didn't really care if I get to sleep with Tali or not, I wanted to get to know her better... and then again, she only talked about "feeling my skin against hers"...
In some parts, this felt like the writing was worse because it didn't get the time to become better. If all you could talk about with other characters was three sentences of their past and then the whole "have sex with me" thing, how could you hope for anything above the average?

Garrus and Tali don't have a romance-driven line at this part, and Miranda can't die. Jacob apparently has a line for this as well, but it's impossible to obtain since he has to be loyal in order to be romanced.
Jacob: Too many, Shepard. Shields blew. Guess you and I won't get our time...

Damnit, that's sad ;_;
Is it wrong that I'm now tempted to kill off Jack after the romance?

My hope for ME3 is that where applicable we'll get a lot more content to resolve the romances. If that content was interwoven throughout the main narrative more would be nice. And hell, more ability to develop friendships with your team - I wanted to go drinking with Jacob and Garrus. And Kasumi.
EDIT: "I remember me". That sidequest scared the bejesus out of me when I first got it in ME1. Unlike problems I could solve by killing everybody, it hit me all of a sudden that I had no idea what was going to set that girl off, and I was stepping unbelievably cautiously through the dialog, and paying a lot of attention to what was said.
Anyway - that's what the relationships in ME3 should be like - a test of what you know about that character, is what you think Shepard is and they think Shepard is actually compatible.
