I successfully got the 3 unlockable items from the Dragon Age Journey flash game but they are not appearing in my in-game inventory.

I'm on version 1.01 and have the Steam Digital Deluxe Edition.

I tried running services.msc to see if it was a problem with reaching the server but it is not reporting Dragon Age Origins in it's services list?

Any ideas how to get these items in game or do I need to wait for the Dragon Age servers to catch up with me?

I unlocked these items a few hours ago.

Incidentally since I have the DDE edition does that mean I am entitled to the Collectors Edition DLC items of Bergens Honour, Grimoire of the Frozen Wastes and Final Reason?

you should be entitled to the collectors edition DLC and you can check the DLC you're currently enabled with your profile by clicking here

there is an item in between the wicked oath and lucky stone that could be the collectors edition DLC but it has a broken picture image and no text

Should I get on the case emailing EA Tech Support?

I believe that the broken image link signifies content that you "might" get but haven't unlocked, for example things like the alternate pre-order bonuses from the different retailers

you might contact steam first and see if they forgot to send you the CE code

No I checked my details again and I definetly have all the codes and redeemed them properly
