This is a User to User forum, without Bioware's involvement, other than if major disruptions occur with regard to the Terms of Service agreements here.
EA handles official support matters on their own support site. However, they do not offer any official support to gamers using laptops.
It is summer, and readership on all message forums such as this one is way, way down. I don't know what your problem is, although I can say that the Geforce 8600 in all varieties has serious problems with its drivers when it is tasked with running the latest two Bioware games. You probably will not get any rapid response, and my comments could very well be the extent of it, in view of the so-few readers on hand.

I check the forums hourly so if you need help just ask. I have an 8600 card to; a 8600GTS. And I fixed my loading problems by updating my video drivers.
Here is a video driver update you can try: Verde Notebook Release 256
