Ever since the server upgrade the other day, I noticed that my character Iolair hasn't updated on this site but his achievements have. I just finished The Tower of Ishaal and my guy is at level 6, yet it still says he is level 4 and at "New Recruits" on this site. But it does show all the achievements through completing Ostagar.  
Anyone else having this problem? Or know how it can be fixed?

In the last 24 hours, my stats have only updated twice.......It seems to take a while at some times of the day

My stats stopped updating at level 14 on my first character (she's completed the game)



My second character hasn't updated since level 3...

They have announced a problem with the upload servers and I am pretty sure they said they are fixing it soon.

Same for me as well. My achievements are updated quickly. However, my character has been level 9 for a few days. I am level 21.

I'm still (slowly?) working through on my first character. He hasn't been updated since he hit level 6 (Friday/Saturday, I think). I did start a second toon, but no sign of him on the page.

Achievements are updating it seems, but characters aren't...

I've had this problem from day one. The character I play, Melissa, was created in the Character Creator and imported to the game. Her stats were never updated on this site. Achievements showed up, however.



This morning I deleted my characters on the social site and fired up the game again. Loaded the last save and saved it again to a new "slot." Now the player profile shows her partially right: the portrait shows her robe, but the gear, skills, and talents are the starter ones, and her level is still 1.



Curiously, her story is in there. Down to the finest detail. She's now level 14 after 43 hours of play. Is this ever going to be fixed?

I have issues with the story being wrong and not reflecting the choices i made... also my level my armor not updating right the page is 5 days behind for me.

At least you guys have that much. I have three characters, and this one is level 20 and has completed the game. It has only uploaded lvl 1. (logged in, updates on)

Mine on the server is still level 3, but now it's about 9 in game. Achievments are updated but character progress not at all...

Thanks for all the responses. I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing this stuff. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

I have a problem as well. My characters are outdated on the page and whenever I delete obsolete characters they reappear in the next site update. VERY ANNOYING.

I have actually stopped playing the game until this is fixed.

I had the same problem. But when I logged in while playing with my character it started uploading data.

After I logged in I could play with any character I have and all of the data is uploaded. Although when I log in before playing nothing will upload.

This is about the 10th Thread on this topic.



This is a known issue that the developer team is working on. The fix is complicated and involves multiple corrections on multiple platforms within the infrastructure. This is a BETA site. Please be patient.

Oh hey, sorry man I didn't see any other threads like this when I looked the first time and nothing came up when I searched. No worries. I love the game; I just made this thread to make sure I wasn't the only person experiencing the issue.

Hey I'm experiencing the same problem, my characters don't seem to update at all anymore.

I know it is a known issues, but since the last post in this thread is from like 3 weeks ago I wonder if they ever fixed the problem? Or are they still going at it? If they did fix it, is there something that needs to be done on the client part?

I'm having the same problem. I finished the game with my first character at level 21. It still says I'm level 19. I'm almost finished a second time with my warrior, which is at level 20. That character has never been up, and the only thing that has updated to this site are the achievements.
