I am stuck at the very first part with Bann Perrin he just does nothing. I am unable to click on him for any dialog.  The guards or himself will not attack me.  I am unable to steal from him.  I am playing the PC version.  I am confused what I need to do.  Is my download borked and not installed correctly?  Anyone know if there is any of the addon mods i should deactivate may be causing conflict.

Also Tug only has a limited talent tree only duel wield and 2 hand weapon no sword and shield.talent tree?
