My friend’s list is rather packed right now, so I’m looking for an enemy or too. If you think you’re enemy material, list your credentials – evil plots, random cruelness, and any evil powers – and explain why you’re you be a far better enemy than any of the other wimps on this board.

What would you need an enemy for?

Evil plots - Stealing your Zevrans, stealing your Loghains, stealing your Stens, stealing your Walters, stealing your Alistairs (as a last resort), stealing your Oghrens, stealing your Lelianas and Morrigans, taking over the world with my fluffyness.

Random cruelness - cuddling with kittens

Evil powers - Stealing your..., hijacking your threads, shooting lazers

Explanation - I'm happy for you, and Imma let you finish, but I'm like, totally, the best enemy you'll ever have.

Well, I once took lollipop a from a child mouth, which makes me most evil enemy material you will find in Bioware forums.
People here are too good for being an enemy

Ah, enemies... it's a relationship built upon mutual dislike that fosters both to become better/crueler people through negative reinforcement. You can LOSE your friends if you're too harsh on them or aren't supportive enough in their times of need, but with an enemy that is never a risk - they are always going to be there for you until you utterly destroy them for their foolishness. They're someone to trade blows with, someone who will honestly criticize you and your beliefs, someone who will keep life interesting with their constant diabolical plans to undermine you and everything you hold dear. I think the world would truly be a better place if we all made more enemies.

weell, aside from the honest negative critics (that tends to be exaggerated ones, or just made up by them), great insight about them. With an enemy like this, who needs friends?

That's why I quit working on my application, even if you kept it completely civil without a hint of fake hatred you're still going to gain a reputation as a troll of sorts and have to deal with dozens of defenders. Meanwhile, what would you even have to go with at that point? Disagreeing with her sense of humor? You can only use so many "Ha ha. It's funny because headphones aren't usually described that way." type of ironic explanations before they get stale leaving you with "I don't know what jokes are so let me quote you to show why your statements are irrational." (which isn't even as annoying as it is sad).

Oh! Actually, keeping it to PMs could work! You could post things normally, and then in a private message explain "and by 'nice' i meant 'suck' and by  i meant :sick:"! *goes back to work*

Perhaps, older forum communities tend to grow very isolated because they take it too far and anyone with new questions or complaints is banned for trolling. Here groups have their own private forums so hopefully we won't see the same "possessiveness" over who posts what and equilibrium will be maintained.

Not sure. Real enemies don't mail their victims, except in detective stories. It's not underhand and evil enough.

True, there is no ridicule like public ridicule but in this case I think it would seem less like hate mail and more like a face to face confrontation!

You and Sylvius are two people I friended as "nemesis" actually. Or was it "archrival" for Sylvius? I can't remember what the offers were, but definately added you as a nemesis.
