Flemeth makes sense as the White haired mage lady given what little we know thus far. She seemingly has got the whole dragon shapeshifting thing going on and her new look could very easily be attributed to her being in a new body. As far as it being Morrigan, she does have the yellow eyes, similar dress with the feathers and in some of the concept art, a similar facial structure and eye shadow. Perhaps this is a new Morrigan that has been somehow the result of unintended consequences of the DR for those that did it or some other magic gone wrong for those that turned her down?

The interesting thing to note is the banter between Morrigan and Zevran about there being other rumors of other Witches of the Wilds out in Thedas. Maybe the white haired mage lady is another one of the Witches of the Wilds and thus a sister of Morrigan's?

Or maybe Flemeth took over the body of one of Morrigan's sisters? But given that DA2 only spans 10 years, I doubt the white haired mage lady is the OGB- unless the OGB ages really fast or something.

Oh my gosh he can't be Morrigan's kid if it takes place before, during, and after DA:O Awakening. Really, the oldest the kid could possibly be is ten by the end of the game--not old enought to have facial hair

Hmm, I wonder if Flemmeth might have ever had a son. Lothering isnt that far from her hut again...

Oh and If I dont get the MorriganXBeardWarden teary re-union that I crave for Bioware, Imma gonna have approve of some violence.

Hehe... Well I don't condone dev directed violence, however I fully support a reunion with Morrigan and the Warden, especially the poor saps who romanced Morrigan. To not get resolution to that would really damper any burgeoning enthusiasm I'm trying to build up for DA2. Whether that plot ever gets resolved or if it just stays in limbo with the exploits of Revan in Deep Space is something only BioWare knows at this point...

I truly believe Morrigan will be back at some point, even if it's not in DA2.



As for a reunion between her and the Warden, I'd love to see that but won't hold my breath. That one is entirely up to the devs.

We still don't know what that date refers to and I am thinking that it was originally intended to be the DA2 release date though that'll probably change. BioWare DID say that Awakening was "by far" the largest expansion they plan for DAO so while they'll certainly have more DLC I don't expect any more expansions.

Moot point for me, because I'd play a Human anyway.

I  think they narrowed our choice down to one race to simplify voice acting which DA2 has instead of just text options at the bottome of the screen.  It's a lot easier to voice act one character male/female vs. 3 different races and both sexes.

The lack of voice acting for the main character was my primary complaint for DA:O.  ME had raised the bar so high for RPGs concerning the cinematic feel thanks to everything being acted out that DA:O felt like a step down despite being a thoroughly enjoyable game.

Yes, I remember that boy. I doubt he was Marian Hawke.

His name is Garret Hawke, and the boy in Lothering who is lost is not Hawke. Hawke begins DA:2 as an adult and in Lothering.

i want morrigan back coz she was the best and mysterious character of dao and i think the protagonist of da 2 is morrigan's son coz he is some kind of darkspawn + human and he have some sort of dragon or demon inside him

Nah. Bioware makes suckish Female villains.

Now, dont get me wrong... I'd love a decent Female villain from Bioware, but I'd much prefer them to play it safe for this game.
