ok seriously people why for God's sake it wouldn't be flemeth or morrigan seriously morrigan said that she will not have OG powers but shell train the baby it's obvious that this is the OGB otherwise she would not have horns the only thing it might be but the horns thing wouldnt work is the baby from the comics

Nothing is "obvious" and that run-on sentence of yours stopped vaguely making sense by the latter half of it.

if you read the comics theres a baby born of a mage and a templar father which has white hair but the point im making is that so far in DA horns usually mean some magical "special" thing like idk having an old god inside you and the baby in the comic does not have horns

Well Chris (or was it Victor) said the woman's identity will shock us all. Flemeth won't shock us and neither would Morrigan so I also guess it's Andraste.

It most likely will not be Wynne because if you do import choices from DA:O in some way she could possibly be dead. I would say it is most likely Flemeth or, *puts on crazy goggles* Anora's got some splaining to do

It's got to be Flemeth. And the OP posted link is the Concept for female Hawke I think. 

One of the articles mentions that Flemeth plays a part in DA 2. No mention of Morrigan or Wynne. Besides this is an event that will concurrently run with the events in DA:O for at least the early part of the game, so it can't be Wynne nor Morrigan.
