Lets face it. its way to obviouse now that Chris has said we will be shocked sarcasim or no. i doubt it will be anyone we mentioned i would say morrigan or flemmeth like many of you but it seems all so obviouse. i don't think anyones guess will be right.

yes, that would be interesting but the woman in the picture doesnt have fiona's "knife"ears to i dont think its her

I'm probably 90-95% certain it's Flemeth not only because of the info we already know in Origins but also in the game informer article it shows that same dragon on the cover in a screen shot and the little blurb is explaining that it's Flemeth's dragon form.

Maybe we'll be shocked by finding out that Dragon Lady is not OGB, reincarnated Flemeth, Morrigan, or any other character from awakenings or origins.



In all likelyhood OGB is out. We've been told that DA2 picks up with Hawke right after DA:O ended, meaning, even if the DR is canonized, the child will be just that, a child, barring him or her from playing a major role in this Dragon Age. In Dragon Age 3 however...

Well, Actualy i don't think it will be anyone we know. Priestly said we will be shocked (SHOCKED HE TELLS US!!!) so i think it is most likely going to be a completely new companion.

Unless GI is deliberately lying to us, no one is really shocked that that's Flemeth. If it's not, well, of course we'll be shocked. We were lied to.

Yeah, if you look at the GI DA2 wallpapers, the white haired mage with dragon claw hand is titled "Flemeth." So yeah... thats Flemeth for DA2.

It's going to end up being Flemeth. They already said she returns. I believe she even shows up as that dragon. Check the photo in GI where they talk about Flemeth looks like the same dragon.

I think your right to think that it isn't Andraste, but for the wrong reasons.  The chantry did not originate in Ferelden nor was Andraste a hero of Ferelden.  Rather, she was a hero of all of Thedas (for the most part).

I think your right to think that it isn't Andraste, but for the wrong reasons.  The chantry did not originate in Ferelden nor was Andraste a hero of Ferelden.  Rather, she was a hero of all of Thedas (for the most part).

The Chantry comes from Orlais, Andraste from Ferelden (there are conflicting reports in-game, but the existence of her resting place in Ferelden seems tell-tale).

EDIT: Just specifying...but yeah, she can be a prophet to the people of the Free Marches too.

Ferelden as a country, you mean to say. As far as I know, it existed as alternatively a group of warring teyrnirs and barbarian tribes.

I'm saying Flemeth. LOOK AT THE COVER OF THE GI ISSUE. Didja look? Great. Look at the back part- see that dragon behind the white hairded lady?  I'm guessing it's like that "artistically", because looking at her horns and face... tiara (eh...) she has a similair structure to the dragfon behind her, thus, I will theorize they are one and the same... And this same DRAGON is in the picture, holding a darkspawn, when the Game Informer article describes Flemehth's return- as a dragon, with darkspawn in clutches, and then morphs into Flemeth.  So there, I believe the white-haired lady is indeed Flemeth.

(runs away before anyone can yell at me 'cause I have no idea what has and has not been discussed in days)
