Hi, I have a problem and hope, BioWare support can help me.
Everytime I click on "add BioWare Points" or want to buy DLCs I get this message:
"Internal Error. The server encountered an error and could not complete your request. If the problem persists, please report your problem and mention this error message and the query that caused it."
So I can't buy any DLC or BioWare Points.

I've aleready sent an E-mail to webmaster@bioware.com, but I got no answer.

This is the E-mail, I sent to the support:

Does anyone of you know if the piece of paper in which there is written Cerberus network (inside the game's box) allows you to join the cerberus network without spending points? Because I reedemed the code but i have no points! Maybe I've activated cerberus network by using my points... O.O

Hi, I am having the exact same problem as skulduggery_fan. I purchased a Bioware points card from gamecards.eu, and I have been trying to add the points from my card by clicking "add bioware points." Unfortunately, I am only redirected to Bioware checkout, which only gives the option to purchase Bioware points, which I am not eligible to do so because of my location, which is why I had to purchase a Bioware points card in the first place.

Any help would be much appreciated.

If you have a card you should use the "Redeem Promo Code" and enter the code that comes with your points card instead. I bought from that same site some time ago and the code they gave me didn't work but I've read that it worked for other people.

Could anyone confirm this has been resolved? I'm thinking about buying points from gamecard.eu too, so it would be nice if someone could confirm it working.

I can confirm it not working for me, sorry. I'm not absolutely desperate but I would actually like to buy all the DLC, so...

I've been having this problem as well. However, I WAS able to buy bioware points at the eastore. They then showed up when I logged into Dragon Age and I was able to purchase. I haven't tried an ME2 purchase, however.

Thanks, I'll try it out for Mass Effect 2 and post feedback for it when I got the time.

So I just bought 1600 points from the EA store. Perfect delivery, gained the points within 1 minute after transaction, no problem whatsoever.

Well, it's fixed, albeit somewhat slow response at a busy time for sales... still, they never did fix the overheating bug in Mass Effect, to my knowledge, so perhaps the fact they already have the money in that situation is the difference, eh? ;¬)
