I am not satisfy with the collectors editions of either DA:O or ME2. I am not going for the collectors edition for DA2.

I would happily buy the CE, on the condition that the UK doesn't get screwed over again otherwise I don't see the point, I'll save my money.

Artbook, making of, exclusive in-game items and all that stuff oh and a metal case. They better not leave Europe out in that department like they did with Origins and pricing it around the same amount.

For me the basics for a collector's edition would be a metal case and map, so that I can put them beside the ones I have for Origins.



But beyond that, I really enjoyed the bonus DVD that came with the DAO collector's edition, and another one would be good. (I was rewatching it yesterday, and for all those who got worried by "fight like a Spartan" its worth pointing out that the action packed nature of combat and the 300 influence were described even in the Origins DVD!)



Also, one thing I think might be interesting is to include DLC bonuses, not just for DA2, but perhaps for Origins/Awakening as well. DLC could be items like previously, but I would actually like to see some innovation with regard to what kinds of bonus DLC can be included. To use an Origins example, Warden's Keep was, IIRC, included with the Digital Deluxe, but not the physical collector's edition. If there is any release day DLC, it would be a nice bonus to include it in the physical collector's edition.



An art book or concept book about Thedas could be fun. Or perhaps that could be on a bonus DVD as well.

What I would like in the collector's edition would be a good poster of female Hawke or Casandra. It would be preferable then a cloth map that is falling apart.
