This is very early, and who knows, it might change.

But, I cannot help it; what I've seen so far, is VASTLY dissapointing.

Unless another expansion is released, the characters from DA 1 are over. What a sad ending... "A few years later they vanished for good"

One race only: Human.

Companions from DA 1: Gone. What about Shales quest to become dwarf, the threatening Quanari invasion, Morrigans relationship with the warden, and all the other loose ends, that are just left dangling?

Basicly, I feel utterly and completely cheated.

So far, this looks like an action/adventuregame, and not like an RPG. If you wanted to copy The Witcher, you should have done so from the beginning. It would seem EA has finally been sinking their coorporate claws so deep into Bioware, that the company is from now on going to produce hack'n slash games with predetermined characters, rather than high-end RPG's.

If I'm utterly and completely wrong, I'll be delighted, but I doubt that very much.

But seriously, its a little early to judge a game you haven't played yet. You might want to wait for the reviews. The hands on previews I've read were very favorable.
