Looking at the gameinformer image






There is a big white dragon in the backround. So if you recall the codex lore, there are seven or eight ancient dragons I think, and they each represent something.  4 were already killed, the 5th gets killed in DAO.

So there can only be a couple options.  It dosn't look like the dragon from DAO so I'm assuming it's a new one. Of course it could just be a generic dragon, but I'm assuming it's one of the legendary dragons from the lore.

Any guesses?

I suppose it could be an uncorrupted Old God that Morrigan's god baby has found. However, I think it's more likely that the dragon in the background is symbolic of the white-haired witch's true nature.

If were talking about Old Gods here then it could be either Razikale, or Lusacan.

I don't think it is one of the old gods, they are sleeping and only awake if they are tainted (Except if might have something to do with Morrigan and the soul of the former Archdemon). I guess it is just "A" dragon, not a special one.

Who says it HAS to be one of them? You are a refugee from the Blight but you aren't necessarily a Grey Warden fighting a Blight. As I understand it this is a whole other region of the world and Warden's don't just sit around waiting for the Dark Spawn to become more problematic.

I think it could be a high dragon like in sacred ashes or the old god razikale

If that's true then why is that dragon even there? I don't think a high dragon gives a crap about darkspawn, an archdemon on the other hand...

Firstly, we don't know that those mooks are even Darkspawn. Secondly, as I said earlier, it could just be a symbolic indicator of the witch's nature.

That's what they look like to me, you can see part of one's face to the right of the bar code. What else could it be?

I dont know what it is, But we gotta stop this dragon. Of course after we destroy the dragon den, Countless dragons will start to awaken and start making their way towards the surface............

There doesn't have to be a dragon as the main antagonist...the game is called Dragon Age due to the time period in which the game takes place....the Dragon Age.
