Hi. I installed Dragon Age today(hurrah for the wife giving it to me 20 days before my birthday!). Anyways, I wanted to redeem my bonus items since I bought the collectors edition, HOWEVER, every time I try to log on to the servers, it says "Can not establish Contact with Dragon Age servers, please try again later". Just skimmed through the forums, and I don't see any recent topics about the servers being down.
I'm pretty sure it's not my firewall, as I purposely turned it off just to make sure, and I still got the same error. If anyone has any ideas on how to solve this, i would be much appreciative. Thanks!

I'm having the same problem. Been trying all day. I don't use any firewalls, running XP SP3, and have tried every single suggestion I've seen concerning issues with DLC and such - nothing has worked at all so far. The only suggestion I have not tried which I just came across was reverting the .NET version back down to 2.0. I doubt that will fix anything, but it might. Other than that, not sure what else to try.

So, does anyone have any suggestions on how to connect? I'm pretty sure I can just download the patch manually off the site here, but that won't help me in getting access to my promo items that I'm entitled to.

they've been having load problems with the site. you can try back later- or there's also a static webpage to go ahead and redeem codes outside of the game. i can't remember where i saw the link
