Im not gunna jump to any conculsions yet. But from what I already read about DA:O 2 we will all be cut off from whatever connection we had with DA:O. Im bout to finish my 13th playthrough. Iv done so many cause DA:O is SO awsome. Your story is your own, and now with DA:O 2 we seem lose it all. I doubt Ill love DA:O 2 as much as DA:O, for the simple fact that its a whole new world with no use of your warden as it seems, btw, is Hawke even a warden. I think DA:O 2 will feel more like any other RPG, and not something or epic, like DA:O. But as I said, Ill wait till I get my GI mag. in the mail before I make any final thoughts on weither or not DA:O 2 can follow up with DA:O. No signs of Morrigan either, DAMN IT. No matter what DA:O 2 turns out to be like, Ill always love the first DA:O, thank you Bioware. I really hope u can deliver with DA.O 2, cause the first was awsome beyond awsomeness. I am though looking foward to the new mechanics in battle, and new graphics. GO Morrigan

Maybe Germany-exclusive, or is it possible that they are somehow affiliated with Game Informer?

@ Chris Priestly,

You mentioned Mark Darrah, Mike Laidlaw, Ray Muzyka and Greg Zeschuk would be a part of the interview... any chance David Gaider has comments on it too? I truly dug his writing for DAO.

While David is still Lead Writer on DA2, he wasn't interviewed for this article. Sorry.

Joy! Rapture! Squee!

So happy to hear this.

It's a conspiracy, I tell you!

If I come over to Canada to do some voice acting for the game, and I bring my HD Camcorder, you're being interviewed for the masses.

I'm dying for the sequel of my favorite game ever, and I'll be pre-ordering it as soon as I can (or as soon as a Collector's Edition is announced), but I'm not waiting any longer than necessary to get information about DA2.

Is there any way of, living in Brazil (I do), having acess to the full article of the Game Informer? Is there a virtual version of the magazine or somewhere on the Internet I would find it in the day it is released?

True,

he was too interesting to die so soon in the game... They can get much more out of this character...

I do hope DA II will provide a better cinematic experience in line with our chosen lines.  It worked to a good extent in Leliana's Song.  However, I would like the responses spoken by our characters through these new fully voiced cinematic cut scenes to reflect our selected responses via the available choices given to us. Also, a bit more of life, not the morality or intensive decision making issues that are the hallmark of Bioware's games, but a bit more heart if they decide to include romantic entanglements.  We are teased a bit via Leliana's Song, the sexuality is there, but lacks depths and time (it is short... even though it is a DLC, but hey, it wouldn't hurt nonetheless).

I would welcome also, the ability to interact a bit more with the environments.  The scenery in DA is breathtaking, but we are limited in our interaction with said scenery.  I would like my character to swim in the shimmering lake, swim in the breathtaking waterfall or the ability to jump and have an auto run button key mapping for the PC and sexy outfits and longer hairstyles for Female PCs. That would be a delicious treat if that can be included in DA II.

In addition, it is only proper to give our Grey Warden a proper retirement before this new Saga begins.  Nonetheless, I'm looking forward to DA II.  Just the idea of new gaming tactics... "fight like a Spartan" that truly sparks my interest to a new height.   What I enjoy in DAO is the fighting (besides the ability to impact the gaming experience via our chosen responses) it is truly an engaging, gut thrilling experience

Game Informer is an american base magazine. If you want it in Netherlands, you will have to order it through amazon or something. Even then you won't get this copy at the same time it is actually released.
