Who should do the voices for Hawke?

For the male, hmm, someone who can deliver feeling to the role, instead of someone who's got al the personality of a dead fly.

If he is more of a wise-cracking hero, I would say David Tennant although there is no chance of that happening.

Depends on what sort of character Hawke can be. If he is almost an exact replica of Shepard, just set in the Dragon Age universe, I would prefer a more commanding, authoritative voice.

Well, to stick with the Doctor Who theme.. how about Christopher Eccleston? He has a really cool voice

For female, Jennifer Hale or at least someone with a good strong voice who delivers feeling to their role.

"Dead fly" actually sounded more natural to me.

Yes, I'm joking, but only half-heartedly. I really hope they won't make the main character voiced. Mass Effect is what it is, they shouldn't turn all their games into it. I probably won't buy DA 2 if it takes this route.

Stop it, dude. 99% chance he's voiced, and we KNOW you'll buy the game anyway, because you love Bioware games and while this will be different, it will still wind up being an enjoyable experience like literally ALL their other games.

No one. I want DA2 to be an RPG.
And RPGs don't have voice-acting right? Do you REALLY need to see a list of RPGs with voiced main characters..

I would argue there are no RPGs with voiced main characters. As soon as you take control of how my character sounds and the emotions he portrays away from me, I'm no longer able to actually role-play him.leonia42 wrote...

But I'm not going to get into this argument again, so I'll leave it there.

Not all RPGs need voiced main characters either, you can't be -that- person when you don't know what they'll say or control how they sound.

For the male PC, someone with a little more vocal inflection would be nice
