Bisexuals arent good enough?

Well considering that they're something that only exists in fantasy I suppose it's okay in DA, but ME is supposed to be this universe just in the future.

Are you seriously saying that everyone has to be either straight or gay? And Mass Effect is Science Fiction.

Yes I am, and Sci-Fi is not Fantasy, no matter how much SciFiSyFy wants it to be.

That's funny. I'm bisexual. Guess I must only exist in my own head.

Science fiction can take as much liberty with reality as fantasy.

And bisexuality quite definately exists.. You are saying bisexuality can only exist in a fantasy setting, and cannot possibly do so in a setting where people can come back from the dead and is filled with many different alien cultures and species.

Aaah, just a troll then.

Out of curiosity what is the difference between the 'male' gaze and the 'lesbian' gaze?  Because the hetero female gaze seems just as pervy.

I don't really want to answer that question directly without casting generalizations and causing a ****storm. But...
Considering Kelly's "purpose" in ME2, I hardly believe she was the fulfilling romantic interest that lesbians/bisexual gamers were expecting. Did you think most of them enjoyed the stripper dances and shallow conversation topics with Kelly?

This game should have a bit of everything - romance, sex, bi, les, gay, couples, threesomes, group sex, cheating and even suicide lovers !

Heh.  In Pincipia76's universe it is LGT.

There are two types of "bisexuals" closeted gays/lesbians and sorority girls looking for attention, the world would be a better place if these people would just be honest with themselves and everyone else.

Either an idiot or a troll.

Either way, grow up.

Yes dear I'm sure you are, just like I'm sure you'll eventually will/did become a full out lesbian or marry/married your college boyfriend, having never had a same sex relationship, and popped out three kids.

No idea.  Kelly did not really appeal to me much either.  I play these games for the dialog and character interaction.

I am a kid of the 80s though and was a little weirded out how she looked just like Molly Ringwald.

And now you are presuming to tell strangers their sexual orientation.

Can you really simply not accept that people are different to you?

Are you that pathetic?

Just because you don't think people can be bisexual doesn't mean it's not true. Sexuality is based on attraction. I find both men and women attractive. Therefore I am bisexual. It's not going to magically change to me only finding one gender attractive because you have a black and white view of the world.

I'm just tired of "bisexuals" coloring people's perceptions of gays and lesbians and making it look like it's a choice.

All right let's bookmark this and bring it up again when you inevitably get married to a man and live a completely heteronormative life, unless of course you already are in which case, why would you even bother with the bull**** "bisexual" self-identity?

LOL. She does look like Molly Ringwald now that I think about it. Kelly was just eye candy and about as deep as a puddle.

Some people are gay, some are straight, some find both genders attractive.

People who are bisexual have as much choice in their sexual orientation as anyone else. That is - none.

I dont know what perceptions these are, but cant you see that your perception of bisexuals is just as erroneous?

So I should be polyamorous because I'm attracted to both genders?

I hardly see how being in a relationship with a man negates me being bisexual. A relationship doesn't stop you from finding other people attractive.

I have every right to choose whatever lifestyle I want in the future. Whether I choose to spend it with a man or a woman is none of your business. Nor does having a monogamous relationship make anyone's claim less real. I didn't claim it for attention. I haven't been going around hitting on both men and women in the forum to point it out. I have every right to be attracted to whoever I am, and every right to be in whatever kind of relationship myself and my partner agree on.

Wow I go away for a bit to watch some tv and all heck breaks loose.

Principia I have to say you're a bit confusing. First you want more characters to be romancable but then you don't want the males to be able to romance women. Correct me if I'm not following your logic-path but doesn't that mean you want everyone to be gay?

I'm so extremely confused by this.

(and not to get off topic but you seem to beleive that settling down with someone invalidates bisexuality... that's... strange to me. Someone can still find both sexes attractive and be monogamous.)

The perception is that being gay is a choice and these so-called "bisexuals" perpetuate that by always setting down into nice heteronormative relationships.

So I was right, I thought so, but see this is a discussion of same sex relationships so maybe you and the other breeders could let the real gays talk about it?

I am constatntly amazed (and mystified) by the number of people who enter forums who's very TITLE indicates that they will be mad about, or even actively opposed to, the topic, and then proceed to berate others for their opinions on the matter.

It's as if they're looking for a fight, and are trying to convince someone to change his/her point of view simply by repeating "I'm right and you don't know what you're talking about."   Strange...

The easiest, (and "fairest") way not to have same-gender romantic involvements in your RPG, is... wait for it... to not encourage same-gender romance in your  RPG., and leave me to enjoy mine!  I have yet to play the game that forces  any relationship whatsoever!

Principa, buddy, who someone ends up living with or marriyng does not decide their sexuality. Simple as that. A bisexual man might marry a woman but still be attracted to both men and women. How hard is it to understand that?

Principia you are as bigoted as the worst homophobe i have ever spoken to.

Their problem is they cannot imagine understand or accept being attracted to the same gender.

Yours is that you cannot imagine understand or accept being attracted to both.

Just as bigoted. Your opinion is worth just as little.

No a man that marries a woman he's honestly attracted to is straight, full stop, do not pass go, do not collect $200; unless she's a beard you're not gay or "bisexual".
